🏃‍♀️ Towards your 1st Carbon Footprint:


🗃 If your purchasing datas are imported into your account it is now time to categorize some of your transactions.

🤖 Most of your transactions will be automatically categorized in terms of carbon impact using our algorithm.

✍️ However, since accounting wordings vary greatly from one company to another, our algorithm may have doubts.
In this case it is necessary to inform the nature of some expenses on the software by categorizing the unrecognized transactions.

👉 Don't panic it's very simple. Here are the steps to follow:


  • Categorization is done in the "Measure" tab of the software by selecting the period in the top right corner of the page.



  • You can then select "Only see transactions to be categorized" on the list of expenses at the bottom of the page.



  • Expenses are selected by the check mark on the left.



  • The categorization process is made easy by the search bar and multiple transactions selection. This should not take you much time. 




We recommend categorizing at least 97% of your total spend to have convincing and reliable results.

❗️ It is also necessary to check the largest self-categorized expenses to ensure their relevance.
Indeed, it can happen that our algorithm is wrong or too general in its categorizations.
